After getting a drink, he spots three women with jiggly breasts. Jacknife goes over to an area where a man is spraying bowling shoes, but his spray can is grabbed by Jacknife, who sprays his face, making him hide. One of the women with the jiggly breasts goes over to the bowling shoes area. Jacknife pops up, dressed as the man, and shows stolen bowling shoes from the man to the woman, who becomes impressed with them. The woman goes over and sits on a chair while Jacknife follows her so her shoes can be taken off and replaced for bowling ones. As Jacknife is gonna try to take off her shoe, he instead looks up under her skirt, making the woman scream. On a bowling monitor, Jacknife bowling pins and Jailbot appear. The latter of which flashes a "guilty" word on his screen and comes out of the monitor. He scares two people, using one of them to throw a bowling ball. Jacknife continues to look up the woman’s shirt, but the bowling ball hits his head, flying in the air and hitting the ceiling, the shoe spraying man, and Jacknife again while the woman ducks. Jacknife is rolled by the bowling ball and into a bowling pin area. He comes out in a bowling ball shape. Jailbot grabs and swings him away, causing some fire. He is thrown into the bowling pin area, causing a explosion, hitting out of the building and killing gangsters in the process. He hits a cigarette truck on the street, making it explode afterwards. Jailbot goes over to a flat-shaped severely-injured Jacknife and captures him to fly away. After the opening sequence, the title screen is showed onscreen.

Superjail is currently having a field day. The inmates are being involved with various field day activities such as an egg race to a pie-eating contest. The Doctor announces the field day’s main event, the tag team race. Jared is upset and looks at a picture of him and Charise from last year’s field day of them being in last place. Charise from Ultraprison arrives. Jared is excited, but she goes over to kiss and make out with The Doctor instead, upsetting Jared. The Warden tells him to stop mopping, making Jared go away, while he prepares for his big race with Alice, who tells him to give her his leg for the race. The Warden apologizes as he thinks that she didn’t get the memo of him winning the race this year with his weather robot, Sunshine. He has a feeling that him and Sunshine will blow away the competition to win. Alice shrugs this off and leaves. The tag team race begins with Jared blowing the competition’s alarm. The inmate tag team partners race each other, with only The Warden left standing. He presses a button on his remote to activate Sunshine’s seabreeze weather powers to blow away inmate tag team partners. The Warden and Sunshine pass by, until seeing Jean and Paul move past them. He once again presses a button on his remote to activate Sunshine’s hail weather powers to summon a sentient hail to crush Jean and Paul with large balls. More inmates move pass. The Warden activates Sunshine’s sandstorm weather powers to turn inmates and some of the landscape into sand. The Warden and Sunshine move pass them and finally cross the finish line. The Warden and Sunshine win, as much as the display of the inmate tag team partners. The Warden celebrates his victory, but accidentally steps on his remote, destroying it in the process. The remote being accidentally destroyed makes Sunshine free from The Warden’s control of him. He realizes that he is now free and runs off. The Warden tells him to get over here. Sunshine turns around and tells him that he no longer controls him anymore. Sunshine releases his thunderstorm weather powers into the sky, scaring inmates in Superjail. The Warden wants him to get back here and sees the thunderstorm, which wrecks havoc all over Superjail. Sunshine even summons his Tornado weather powers to suck up things such as the Vegetable Garden. The Warden and Alice are even sucked up inside the Tornado, making them scream and The Warden vomiting all over the screen.

Meanwhile, inside of The Doctor's Laboratory, Charise tells The Doctor about things and mentions a time relating to an outgoing mail being switched with some purchase orders during a laundry detail. The Doctor snaps is fingers to have his clothes taken off and transforms some of the Laboratory into a romantic room for him and Charise. The Doctor wants to kiss Charise, but misses and sees Jared outside of the window, which he closes with the curtains. The Doctor offers Charise some champagne, but she rejects it as she doesn’t actually drink anything that contains alcohol. She goes, the champagne is grabbed away, and The Doctor to see the crying Jared outside of the window. He closes the window with the curtains again. Charise travels through The Doctor’s Laboratory, being interested into all of the equipment. The Doctor sees two mutant children of himself (from "Stingstress") inside a capsule and Jared on top of the ceiling window. The Doctor gets an idea and puts Charise to sleep to prepare for an experiment to operate on Charise. Back in Jared’s office, Jared cries at a picture of him and Charise. He prepares to hang himself with a noose, until being interrupted by a knock on his door. Jared goes over to the door and opens it to see a snitch-up Charise. He is shocked on seeing her, who makes out with him. The Doctor pops up from outside of the office to see the snitch-up Charise making out with Jared. He realizes that the snitch-up Charise is very lustful towards Jared. The Doctor heads back to his Laboratory, moving past the jailcells.

Meanwhile, The Warden and Alice get out of the Tornado and land into the Candyland section of Superjail. They see this entire section being destroyed, full of dead corpses of sentient candies and popsicles, caused by Sunshine, ruining The Warden’s favorite place in Superjail. Alice informs him about them having bigger much problems than dead corpses of candy. They see Sunshine destroy an entire factory and growing much more enormous. The Warden notices that Sunshine has a much bigger head than his. The Warden realizes that this is actually a direction violation of Superjail’s very own constitution and wants to get his hands onto Sunshine. The two get suddenly hear a giant flood of water and get splashed by it. Back at The Doctor’s Laboratory, The Doctor asks if Charise is feeling sexy or lustful. He rides on a mutant horse experiment covered in a BDSM-like outfit, in his underwear and has some BDSM equipment in his hands. Charise wakes up, wonder on what actually happened, but realizes that she was operated by The Doctor to make sexual advances onto her. She gets off of a bed. The Doctor that her own anesthesia made her all very emotional. Charise, with her clothes and shoes in her hands, next to the door of the Laboratory to the jail cells, tells The Doctor that she no longer trusts him, due to his operation on her. She walks out of the Laboratory.

Back in Jared’s office, Jared and the snitch-up Charise had sex with each other on the desk, in their underwear. The latter bets Jared to have more with him. Jared technically wants a breather, but Charise bets him to do this again. 14 seconds later, Jared and this Charise finally up. The former asks the latter on how she was able to do a certain thing with her feet. He wonders if The Doctor ever showed her that. The snitch-up Charise makes out with him again. However, Charise opens up the door and enters Jared’s office to tell herself that she couldn’t believe that she even fell in love with The Doctor in the first place, but spots Jared and the snitch-up Charise onto the desk. Jared sees her and covers himself with a pizza box. He is confused about their being over two Charises in the same room together. Charise tells him that she’ll never do anything related to what Jared and the snitch-up Charise recently did on their 78th date. The snitch-up Charise jumps from the desk and attacks the original Charise, telling the latter that Jared is her’s. Jared is impressed by this.

The Warden and Alice stand below Sunshine. The Warden tells him to listen as they can do this nicely or restore him to his factory settings. Sunshine tells The Warden to listen as he is currently in control now. Alice tells The Warden reset Sunshine, calling him a "shank." Sunshine on why she would call him a "shank." Alice is angered by this, but The Warden stops and tells her that they need something to stick in Sunshine’s reboot hole underneath herself. He brings out his cane. Alice throws The Warden with the cane in the air. Sunshine summons some of his weather powers. The Warden is whirled from a Tornado and gets hit by a Rainstorm Cloud and hits Alice. They’re splashed by Rainstorm and fall onto the ground, wet, before the two are zapped by both Thunder and Lighting. Sunshine thinks that they’re really pathetic. Back inside of his Laboratory, during a thunderstorm, The Doctor is on his desk and gets up when he has an idea. He remembers that he created and snitched up the Charise duplicate after operating on Charise for her libido to add electricity to accelerated a third phase of adding rapid multiplications of her genome, replacing Charise’s normal and low libido to make her a slut. After his flashback ends, he claims that he is a genius. Charise comes into the Laboratory to only get back her things. The Doctor goes over to Charise and tells her that he’ll walk her out. He grabs her and takes her outside to cuff her to tall metal, during the middle of thunderstorm. Charise tells The Doctor that they’re not even practicing any good weather safety out here. The Doctor shrugs this off. Jared and the Charise duplicate come out of the bushes. The latter makes out with the former, who tells the duplicate that they’re not practicing any good weather safety out here. Jared hears Charise’s screaming voice and calls out for her. Charise, handcuffed to the tall metal, calls for "Help" from Jared.

Sunshine releases more of his weather powers. The Warden and Alice are caught up in an Earthquake. Alice is launched into the air and goes through some sentient sweets. She is covered in ice cream and sees a sentient Hail cloud flying in the background. She gets up and goes over to a gumdrop and a lollipop to grab the both of them. She uses the gumdrop to hit the lollipop into the air to hit one of the eyes of the Hail cloud, who eaten The Warden, before spitting out him. He goes after Alice, who grabs two big candy canes, runs, and launches herself from a lollipop and into the air. She tries to hit the Hail, but misses and gets trapped inside the sentient cloud. Alice is spit out of the Hail cloud and lands into a Gingerbread Men house. She lands and destroys a table inside the house and hits one of the Gingerbread Men to grab and run out of the house with him, destroying the door. The Hail cloud comes over and sprays the Gingerbread Men that Alice uses to block herself from hail before jumping and flipping the Gingerbread Men around to ride on him. She grabs The Warden and a gumdrop in the process while escaping the Hail storm, but they’re caught in a sentient Sandstorm, which crashes into a library full of Eyeball Workers. Once the Sandstorm sucks them and flies out of the library. The Warden, Alice, the Gingerbread Men, a gumdrop, and two Eyeball Workers fall out of the sentient Sandstorm and all land onto the ground, near some large purple cats. They’re chased by sentient Acid Rain.

At an airport, Sunshine’s thunder effects the place and kills all of the airport staff, causing trouble for airplanes and other aircrafts from the weather powers. The Warden and co. fall from the Sandstorm again and run off. Fatty, on the other hand, drives a kart to avoid several obstacles, but he survives, only for one of his eyes to get hit by a paper airplane and rolls into a snowball with pilots, inmates, and Eyeball Workers, being blown by the Hail cloud, which runs over some sentient Lighting, who electrocutes a gumdrop and a Gingerbread men. The sentient Lighting gets mad and electrocutes the Hail cloud, which explodes into falling small snow pieces and snowflakes. The Warden and Alice see this. The former tells the latter that he is forecasting a climate change. Sunshine tells his weather to attack The Warden and Alice, not together. Lighting hears this and goes after The Warden and Alice. The former tells the latter to follow his lead and transforms into a small sword to block the Lighting and hit him over to the sentient Acid Rain to destroy the two together. The Warden and Alice use a few more methods to destroy the sentient weather, using The Warden transformations. During the end of this, The Warden blocked a sentient Sun, as a solar transformation, to hit a sentient raincloud to create rainbows and land into Sunshine’s reboot hole, destroying and making him explode in the process. The Warden is glad to see Sunshine being destroyed and transforms into Alice’s pants and a sun of an universe, making a pun.

Back to Charise being handcuffed onto the metal, the thunderstorm from above sparks the tall metal to the bottom. Charise screams at this while The Doctor is excited for her to be electrocuted. Jared yells for her name and grabs a rock to hit and knock out the snitch-up Charise clone/duplicate. He gets up and heads to her to the electricity above, about to hit them. Grabbing onto the handcuffs, he pulls but struggles to break the handcuffs. He successfully breaks them off while Charise is pushed away, but Jared is instead electrocuted by the lighting. He screams in response. The thunderstorm’s lighting destroys the tall metal and soon turns back into a normal sky with a rainbow appearing afterwards. Jared comes from the wreckage. Charise reunites with him and tells him that he is her hero, but asks on a stapler in his pocket (referring to his underwear that he is wearing). Jared tells her that it is a hole puncher, which in reality is a sparkling erection he got after being electrocuted. Charise shrugs his erection off with a "whichever" and tells him that they’ve got a lot of talking to catch up on. Jared is grabbed by Charise and two walk together while the former is slightly annoying about talking and that Charise is no longer sexually active anymore. While walking away with Charise, Jared sees that The Doctor is making out with his snitch-up Charise clone/duplicate, which is even heard during the credits.
